Meet our staff member, Barbara who has over 18 years of experience working in single- and multi-specialty practices, including Otolaryngology.

As a medical biller, she performs day-to-day billing functions for physician group practices, including claims submission, payment posting, and patient billing statements.

Barbara works directly with patients and their medical insurance to ensure proper payments are applied to office visits, surgeries, or audiological evaluations. She can assist you with your questions about a recent bill and prior authorization for physician ordered testing and surgeries.
